Cancellation Policy
I value your time and mine, and clear communication is key to providing the best experience for all my clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid. Late arrivals past 10 min, your appointment will be cancelled, or you will have to wait until I am done with my last client. Open communication helps me accommodate everyone and ensures a smooth, professional experience for all.
